**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns.
- Update CRM systems with lead status and follow-up notes.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience in FMCG and Pharma Sales**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in healthcare, FMCG,Pharma.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
