Salary:

- 18,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Diploma or degree in architecture or a relevant field.

Experience:

- 2 To 3 Years as a architectural draftsman

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all drafted designs.
- Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from architects and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentation materials.
- Maintain and organize drawing files, ensuring version control and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural drafting techniques.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to address any design-related issues and modifications.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and ideas.

Other Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting architectural plans.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey design ideas.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience in architectural drafting or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling tools and rendering software is a plus.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
