**Reporting**: Manger-Architect
**Education**: Std X passed in ITI Draughtsman

**Department**: Architectural Draughtsman
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Shift Timing: - **8:30am to 5:30pm

**Working Days**: - Monday - Saturday [2nd and 4th Saturday holiday].

**Gender Preference: -** Male

**Key Responsibility**

1-To be able to draft Architecture **drawings **with sketch given in Autocad / Revit

2- Having Photoshop skills for basic rendering work

3- Should be able to do RERA area calculations on Autocad

4- Should have basic knowledge of MS office (Excel & PowerPoint)

5- Should have the ability to visualize objects in three dimensions

6- Should be able to modify 3D designs as per the requirements

7- Review and ensure the accuracy of technical drawings

8- Maintain and update records of all drawings and designs

9- Should be able to maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in creating technical drawings

**Competencies / Key Attributes**

1- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must

2- Basic Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

3- Team player

4- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
