**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies for clients across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality, engaging content (posts, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and engagement, and respond appropriately.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates), and report insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to ensure cohesive branding and content development.
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Engage with followers and foster community engagement to build loyal audiences for clients.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable) and ensure they align with overall marketing strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
