**Position**:

- **Graphic Designer**

**Experience: - 3**+ **years** of experience in Graphics Designing.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for use in video projects, advertisements, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Bring creative ideas to life by developing design concepts and executing them through various design software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design software, and techniques to ensure the highest standard of visual content.
- Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and ensure timely delivery.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative solutions to visual challenges.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Ability to produce high-quality designs with attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and motion graphic projects is required.

**Qualifications: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
