**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design Creation**: Develop high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media channels, marketing materials, advertisements, presentations, and product packaging.
- **Conceptualization and Ideation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative design concepts that align with the brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistency in branding elements, typography, color schemes, and visual style across all design assets to maintain brand integrity and enhance brand recognition.
- **Visual Content Creation**: Produce engaging visual content such as infographics, illustrations, icons, and multimedia presentations to convey complex ideas and information in a clear and compelling manner.
- **Image Editing and Enhancement**: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain quality standards. Optimize graphics for web and print formats while ensuring fast loading times and optimal resolution.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on design concepts based on stakeholder input.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in design execution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
