**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Repair and replace defective equipment, fixtures, and systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner.
- **Electrical & Plumbing Works**:

- Troubleshoot and repair wiring, switches, sockets, and lighting fixtures.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- **HVAC & Mechanical Systems**:

- Inspect, clean, and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
- **Building & Grounds Maintenance**:

- Perform minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work as needed.
- Maintain and repair doors, windows, locks, and other structural components.
- Ensure landscaping and outdoor areas are well-maintained.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety procedures and ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or risks to the management.
- Assist in emergency situations such as power failures, fire alarms, or plumbing leaks.
- **Inventory & Documentation**:

- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment servicing.
- Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of necessary materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
