Job Summary:
We are looking for an effective Warehouse Operation person with sound knowledge of E-commerce operations and warehouse Distribution.
**Position: Warehouse Operations (D2C)**
**Location: Andheri - E (Chakala, J.B. Nagar)**
Key Responsibilities : - Track order processing, Logistics performance, Coordinate with warehouse, Logistics partners, Brand and category team.
**CTC:
- 20 to 25 K**
**Job role**:
- Hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart operations.
- Track order processing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and shipping
costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to optimize operations and resolve any
issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the brand and category teams to align warehouse operations with business
objectives.
- Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.
- Require Good Knowledge of Unicommerce / Uniware Software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
