Specialist for recruitment communications and employer branding across all the business units in India
- Responsible for recruitment related and employer branding communications for prospective employees, existing employees and alumni of the organization.
- Assist in developing employer branding strategy and communication plan.
- Run the recruitment communications channel for the organization and launch and sustain activities that lead to better understanding of the organization amongst the target group and keep them engaged with the organization
- Scope will include, advertising, social media activities, branding on campuses and related activities not limited to events, survey & research on employer branding, newsletters, engagement programs for prospective employees and alumni, defining employee experience from offer to join

**Primary Skills**
- Strong content generation, content management and content review skills to support all the activities on newsletters, websites, micro-sites, community pages, social media programs, internal referral programs, campus PPTs, videos, event designs etc.
- Ability to build a strong network of contacts within and outside the organization that can be leveraged for various activities
- Leadership engagement skills required for managing the day to day work and also engaging them for specific activities
- Brand management skills, understanding of roles of different media, their influence on the target audience and developing relevant programs leveraging each media. Well experienced in multi-channel marketing approach.
- Must have designed and executed marketing plans with all channel focus.

**Secondary Skills**
- A tier 1 global IT company exposure/experience is highly preferred
- B2C exposure besides B2B
- Post-graduation
