Content & Creative Strategy | 6 to 9 Years | Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:
Being part of the India CSR team, you will:

- Develop content and creative marketing strategy and plan execution that align with the overall India and Group CSR objectives and priorities that feed both internal and external comms needs.
- Content creation: Create marketing content pipeline as well be hands on in creating and writing content incl. collateral and tools, presentations, brochures, videos, points of view, global web content, digital media campaigns, e-newsletters, message maps, learning and educational material, events etc.
- Develop, manage and measure impact for integrated marketing and communication programs to launch, grow and maintain our brand perception goals and well as CSR objectives.
- Manage the overall marketing budget in close collaboration with India and Group leads
- Bolster social media presence though effective and inspiring content and campaigns.
- Strategic and execution support of leadership communications.
- Identify, contract and manage internal/external marketing suppliers’ engagement when necessary
- Liaise, coordinate and align with Pillar leads, Group CSR comms leads for aligned and integrated delivery
- Be a brand guardian to ensure all material we create and share are compliant.
- Maintaining overall team calendar of projects and initiatives, including fielding and prioritizing requests for support
- Creating internal communications for key brand milestones and enhancing our communication approach

Facilitating positive connections and collaboration with internal stakeholders including the global marketing and communications team, local marketing and communications teams, and stakeholders from around the business

**Experience and qualifications**
- 5-10 years of experience in a marketing and communications-related role
- Extensive and hands on content creation and creative strategy experience
- Experience working with and managing agency partners on complex projects
- Strong communication and writing skills are a must
- Experience working in a global, matrixed team preferred
- Experience working in a marketing communications role preferred
