Responsibilities for training trainer
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and levels of the

organization
- Partner with stakeholders to obtain feedback and approval on

created solutions
- Prepare solutions for implementation
- Evaluate solutions post implementation
- Demonstration of the necessary fundamental career counselling

training concepts
- Maintain and keep current on developments and trends in the

career certification training field
- Facilitates technical training classes/programs professional

development programs as needed
- Assists with the training needs assessment by collecting

information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports
- Manages administrative responsibilities associated with training
- Completion of Administrative duties to support Training

development
- Responsible for administering training surveys at the end of New

Hire Training to measure and report on effectiveness of training

and agent preparedness
- Assesses training needs and learning styles and customizes

training approach to be the most effective based upon the

audience and training

Eligibility criteria: Person with Doctorate in Applied Psychology or

clinical psychology / Doctorate in (MSW)

Special consideration for person who has finished their NCDA

facilitating career development program

Requirements and skills for trainer
- Superior skills in organizational, coordination, and verbal, written,

and interpersonal communications with the ability to produce high

quality deliverables on time
- Superior diagnostic, communication, presentation, and technical

skills
- Proven experience assisting in the development of training

materials and instruction
- Should have completed career certification training program

form a authorised centre or institute
- At least 10 years - Training experience and preferably 6 years
- of technical experience (technical writing, training, career

counselling, sound knowledge in psychometric assessment and,

overseas program, course development, and training resource

coordination)
- Proficiency in creating web-based training, classroom, and

instructional materials, devices, teaching aids, user guides and

technical/troubleshooting manuals

Duration of working: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and any one day

during the week days (Monday-Friday) as per the convenient of trainer

Work from home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹9,668.38 - ₹29,546.53 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Career counseling: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
