**Jr. Social Media Executive
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and branding.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy as appropriate.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives and promotions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and changes in social media algorithms to optimize content and strategy accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments such as customer service, sales, and product development to ensure a cohesive social media presence and alignment with business goals.
- Stay abreast of legal and ethical considerations in social media marketing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Knowledge in arts and culture space is a plus.
