The Operations Team Member is responsible for managing the daily B2B operations of the company. This includes receiving work orders from clients, assigning them to technicians, following up on the work, and ensuring that the work is completed to the client's satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:
Receive work orders from clients and enter them into the system.

Assign work orders to technicians based on their availability and expertise.

Follow up with technicians to ensure that work orders are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Communicate with clients to keep them updated on the status of their work orders.

Approve invoices and payments.

Maintain records of all work orders.

Other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
