**Role Overview**

A Retail Salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and driving sales within a retail environment. They maintain a thorough knowledge of the store’s products, promotions, and policies to effectively meet customer needs and ensure a positive shopping experience. Retail Salespersons handle transactions, manage inventory, and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively promote and upsell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
- **Transaction Handling**: Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with colleagues and management to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- **Compliance**: Follow company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Fresher or 1 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in lifestyle or tech-accessory brands.
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a presentable and confident personality.
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Comfortable working weekends, festivals, and extended retail hours.
