**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate meetings.
- Support the sales and site team with communication and scheduling.
- Maintain client interaction records.
- Travel for **site visits and client meetings in Himachal Pradesh** when required (travel expenses covered).
