**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Present, promote, and sell our services/products to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate customer issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven minimum experience of 1 year in real estate sales or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
