A Tele Caller in a hotel is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting guests with reservations, providing information about hotel services, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Incoming Calls - Answer guest inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, promotions, and hotel facilities.

Make Outbound Calls - Follow up with potential guests, handle booking confirmations, and promote special offers.

Process Reservations - Assist guests with room bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel’s reservation system.

Provide Excellent Customer Service - Address guest concerns, resolve issues professionally, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Maintain Guest Records - Update and manage guest details in the CRM or reservation system.

Promote Hotel Services - Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and special deals to maximize revenue.

Coordinate with Departments - Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Follow Call Scripts & Guidelines - Adhere to hotel policies and maintain a polite and professional tone on calls.

Achieve Sales Targets - Meet daily or monthly booking and revenue targets set by the hotel.

Collect Guest Feedback - Gather guest reviews and suggestions to improve services.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & local languages.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred).

Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera, IDS, etc.) is a plus.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
