Product Replenishment QA (PRQA) org owns the quality assurance and release management support for all the customer facing features across Subscribe & Save(SnS), Replenishment Services & Innovation (RSI) & Subscription and Discovery Box(SnDBox) that gets delivered to our customers.

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Device Associate 2 to work on functional testing. Device Associate 2 at Amazon are excellent individual contributors capable of taking on tasks of test case execution from start to completion with mínimal help. DA's are responsible for understanding the product in detail, and updating the test case tool with test execution results. They write and maintain black
- box test cases based on well
- defined feature requirements, writing tests cases that are high quality, high value, and maintainable. DA's also have experience with gray box, and white box testing techniques; they are able to understand software internals, debug problems using log files and reproduce errant product behavior to assist developers or other testers and identify, track, and accurately report defects found. DA's produce good reproducible defect reports to verify fixed bugs are truly fixed.

Key job responsibilities

A Device Associate’s primary responsibility is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies. A DA is also responsible for successful and on time delivery of results.

Role & Responsibility
- Execute test cases prepared for testing Software builds
- Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
- Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds / releases.
- Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality
- Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis
- Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports
- Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLA’s
