A Device Associate’s, Business Operations provides operations support within the Amazon Devices group. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the established business operations processes are followed and tracked to competition
Key job responsibilities
1) Track financial transactions for the group such as payments and ensure spending does not exceed the budget allocated for any category.
2) Work with the finance team to provide weekly reports on spend vs budget, exceptions requested, and escalations such as major invoices stuck in approval queue.
3) Maintain a rolling request for budget from the team and provide consolidated view for the quarterly budgeting process.
4) Report on HeadCount including and costs including monthly actual and forecasts of HC into the Amazon reporting tool (by hours, geography and project).
