**1. Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably.
- Present menus and offer detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
- Take orders efficiently and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience, responding to any questions, requests, or complaints.

**2. Supervision and Coordination**:

- Oversee the wait staff to ensure they are delivering consistent and high-quality service.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are served on time and properly.
- Monitor table setups, cleanliness, and the overall ambiance of the dining area.
- Address any issues or conflicts among staff in a professional manner.

**3. Menu Knowledge and Recommendations**:

- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Provide guests with suggestions and recommendations based on their preferences or dietary restrictions.
- Offer wine pairings or beverage suggestions that complement the meal.

**4. Leadership and Training**:

- Assist in training new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and restaurant policies.
- Lead pre-shift briefings to inform staff about daily specials, VIP guests, or any special requirements.
- Set an example in terms of punctuality, professionalism, and guest service.

**5. Cash Handling and Billing**:

- Ensure that orders are accurately entered into the system.
- Handle guest billing, payments, and ensure proper receipts are issued.
- Resolve billing issues or discrepancies promptly.

**6. Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor stock levels of tableware, linens, and other essential supplies.
- Communicate with management regarding the need for additional supplies or equipment.

**7. Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues in a calm and effective manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

**8. Compliance and Cleanliness**:

- Ensure that health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety standards, are adhered to.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring that tables are reset promptly and correctly.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a supervisory role.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to manage and motivate a team of servers.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Customer Service**: Focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in taking orders and billing, and ensuring high standards of service.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle guest complaints and issues effectively.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management or similar education is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
