**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are available.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Handle and manage OT drugs, consumables, and linen as per hospital protocols.
- Assist in positioning and shifting patients before and after surgery.
- Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning of the operation theatre.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in a multispeciality hospital OT.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
