**QUALIFICATIONS** - Certificate or diploma in early childhood education. - Degree in early childhood education. - Post Graduate degree in early childhood education or child development. - Minimum 5 years of Experience **JOB DESCRIPTION** - Child Development and Education : Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and - lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, math, science, - social studies, arts, and physical education. - Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, - exploration, creativity, and critical thinking skills. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage children in - meaningful learning experiences. - Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment - conducive to learning and play. Establish and enforce classroom rules, routines, and behavior - expectations to promote positive social interactions, cooperation, and respect among children. - Parent Management : Establish and maintain open and positive communication with - parents/guardians regarding children's progress, achievements, and concerns. Conduct parent - teacher conferences, meetings, and workshops to discuss child development, curriculum - goals, and strategies for supporting learning at home. - Collaboration & Team Work: Work collaboratively with other pre-primary teachers, - assistants, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment. - Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions to - enhance teaching skills, knowledge of child development, and curriculum planning. - **Work Timings : 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM**: - **Working Days: Monday - Friday; Alternate Saturdays** Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Santacruz, Mumbai - 400055, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Teaching: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
