**Job Title**: Homeroom Teacher - Grade 2

**Location**: Goregaon
**Department**: Primary Section
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for Grade 2 students, managing their academic, behavioral, and emotional well-being.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support diverse learning needs.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, hands-on activities, games, and technology to enhance understanding.
- Maintain and monitor student progress through regular assessments, classwork, and participation.
- Create a structured and stimulating classroom environment that supports inquiry and independence.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding academic progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain student records, portfolios, and report cards as per school guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with English or Education as a major).
- D.Ed. / B.Ed. / ECCEd / Montessori training or equivalent early education certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a primary or early years setting.
- Familiarity with ICSE / CBSE / IGCSE curriculum (customize based on your school board).
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,708.30 - ₹30,555.82 per month
