Bakery Chef

Bakery Chef is responsible for creating and managing the bakery section of a kitchen, focusing on preparing and decorating a variety of baked goods. Develop new recipes, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Baked Goods:
Creating and preparing a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and other desserts, following both traditional and modern recipes.

Menu Development:
Suggesting new menu items, developing seasonal recipes, and keeping up with the latest food and industry trends.

Inventory Management:
Monitoring and ordering ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Quality Control:
Checking the quality of ingredients and equipment, and addressing issues promptly.

Staff Management:
Training and mentoring junior bakery staff, identifying staffing needs, and assisting in recruiting and training new personnel.

Food Safety and Sanitation:
Ensuring the bakery section adheres to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace.

Customer Interaction:
Meeting with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions.

Creative Design:
Decorating pastries and baked goods with different icings, toppings, and other items to create visually appealing presentations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
