**About Us**:
We are a growing collective in the **fashion and skincare** space, committed to building a unique and authentic voice across digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for a **Social Media Optimization Intern** who knows how to design and edit with Canva and understands how to make content perform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels using **Canva**.
- Optimize content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Use hashtags, captions, and content buckets strategically to improve reach and engagement.
- Monitor insights and recommend actionable changes to improve performance.
- Coordinate with content creators, design, and growth teams for campaign rollouts.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of Canva (including video editing in Canva).
- Knowledge of SMO best practices, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
- Interest in fashion, skincare, or lifestyle niches is a bonus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and viral content formats.
- Basic knowledge of platform analytics is an advantage.
