**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for the identification and quantification of key components in pan masala products.
- Conduct stability studies to assess the shelf-life and quality of products under various storage conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and research and development to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory experiments, test results, and analytical procedures in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the field of food chemistry.
- Assist in the procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Participate in internal audits and external inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and certifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, and titration methods.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to food manufacturing (e.g., FDA, FSSAI).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
