
Admin and Accounts Executive

The Admin and Accounts Executive is a key role responsible for the accurate and timely capture of financial transactions, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with tax filings, and maintaining essential HR documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is proficient in financial reporting, vendor management, and HR processes.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Financial Transactions and Reporting:_
- Capture all financial transactions accurately on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring records are up-to-date and reflect the company’s financial status.
- Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) to ensure that Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) filings are completed on time.
- Generate comprehensive monthly expense reports utilizing a specialized template, providing clear visibility into the company’s expenditures.
- Vendor and Invoice Management:_
- Manage the payment cycle for vendors, ensuring all payments are processed timely to maintain favorable business relations.
- Collaborate with the CA to promptly generate invoices and diligently follow up on any unpaid invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and create accurate payslips for employees, ensuring payroll is processed correctly and records are meticulously kept.
- HR Documentation and Compliance:_
- Work closely with an HR consultant to uphold all HR-related compliance, staying current with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Produce offer letters, non-disclosure agreements, and other employment-related documents as needed, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate with external vendors to conduct thorough background checks, maintaining the integrity and safety of the workplace.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of one years’ experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily in an office environment.

Pay: ₹8,678.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month
