VMC programming, Setting & Tooling on VMC Machining

Setting & Running existing programs effectively and Developing new programs as per requirement.

Tool selection as per program requirements.

Knowledge of jigs & Fixtures.

Excellent troubleshooting on VMC Machines.

Knowledge about how to reduce the cycle time.

Basic Knowledge of Machine Maintenance.

Knowledge about the Layout Inspection.

Knowledge about Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak Control.

Knowledge of 2 D Programming.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manpower Planning & management. (Deployment of the Right operator and the right Machine based on their skill sets.)
- Monitoring & measuring hourly production ( Plan Vs Achievement)
- Troubleshooting & resolving problems timely related to tool performance, tool change, insert, coolant concentration etc, so production targets can be achieved.
- Monitoring, measuring & Educating operators to fill the M/c checksheet correctly.
- Fulkitting (arranging & Coordinating M/c, tools, fixtures, gauges as per setup plan )
- Handing over between shifts. ( ensuring properly filled documents, checksheets & Quality issues & Problems to be shared with reliever.)
- Patrolling & Gemba in between the shift to ensure operators are performing their duties diligently & filling all the checksheets properly & correct data timely.
- Motivating & Helping opt. For continuous improvement. (Kaizen / Poka Yoke, 5s)
- Maintaining discipline at the ship floor.
- Conducting & ensuring effective morning meetings before the start of each shift. ( sharing information & concerns related to production, quality & customer needs)
- Responsible for ensuring process inspection during production and indicating corrective action if any non-confirming is observed.

**Salary**: ₹10,304.73 - ₹32,964.97 per month
