We have an exciting opening for an **Oracle Business Analyst - HCM (Offshore Support - Payroll)**, and we’re looking for a skilled professional with expertise in **OTL, Benefits, and Compensation**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the USA payroll team to manage escalations, new configurations, and fast formulas.

Strong knowledge of USA payroll setup, including prior year-end, W2 support, ADP, and USA tax files.

Ideally, additional expertise in OTL, Benefits, and Compensation.

Handle all aspects of USA payroll processing, including accounting and year-end tasks.

Troubleshoot payroll reports and fast formulas effectively.

**Requirements**:
3+ years of experience in running USA payroll, including year-end processes.

Proven experience with USA payroll accounting, troubleshooting reports, and fast formulas (FF).

In-depth understanding of USA tax compliance and payroll systems.
