**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for management.
- Prepare letters, reports, and office communications as required.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and ensure availability.
- Coordinate with vendors, visitors, and internal departments.
- Support HR and accounts team with documentation and filing work.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and related logistics when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma or Secretarial qualification preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in office administration/secretarial role.
- Good communication skills in **English, Tamil** (Hindi knowledge is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Typewriting shorthand.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (10.00 AM - 6:00 PM)
