**Job Description**:
Function: Sales and Business

We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Consultant to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for generating sales leads over the phone and ensuring great customer experience. An effective sales consultant must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. He/she must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our solutions.
- Answer questions about solutions of our company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate sales leads.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered with ability to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Graduation degree, preferably from Supply Chain and Education & Training domain.
- 0-3 years of experience required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
