**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- On field to identify potential leads and convert them as onboarding- Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for onboarding drivers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure engagement and satisfaction.- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads and prospects to assist in conversions.- Highlight trends, concerns, and opportunities observed in the market.- Conduct market studies for new zones based on business potential and operational parameters.- Educate drivers on platform benefits, operational processes, and incentives.- Ensure proper documentation and verification during onboarding.

**Skill**:
- Ability to understand the market situation- Good team player- Decent Communication & Interpersonal Skills- High ownership and responsiveness at all times- Fluency in Telugu & Hindi is mandatory
