Responsibilities:
1. Front ending all client communications and team management

2. Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.

3. Train the accounting staff and conducts performance evaluations. 4. Establish practices and internal control for Bookkeeping of day-to-day transaction of the client including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and taxes

5. Monthly closure of books which will include, but not limited to, reconciliations of real accounts, accruals and deferral processing.

6. Preparation of periodic MIS - Budget vs Actual, activity report, compliance status, ect.

7. Preparation of periodic financial reports and statements; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

8. Work with external auditors and consultants to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at

year-end

9. Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.

10. Ensuring 100% adherence with regulatory compliances

11. Presents recommendations to management on short
- and long-term financial objectives and policies.

12. Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

Qualification and skills:
1. CA with 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Compliance and Reporting

2. Good understanding of statutory financial and compliances

3. Working knowledge of Tally ERP9 4. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, outlook and ppt)

5. High attention to detail and accuracy

6. Fluency in communication - English (Spoken and Written) and Hindi (Spoken)

7. Aptitude in creative problem-solving

Experience requirement:

- Must have end to end financial reporting experience (specifically Ind AS)

CTC: INR 9-11 Lakhs per annum

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
