**Position**: Homeroom Teacher - Grade 2 (All Subjects)
**Board**: IGCSE
**Location**: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
**Experience**: 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in IGCSE or international curriculum)
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons in **English, Math, Science, and Social Studies**.
- Maintain a well-organized, child-friendly, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Plan and implement **cross-curricular activities** that align with the IGCSE framework.
- Focus on the individual learning needs of each student through differentiated instruction.
- Monitor and document student progress; provide regular feedback to parents and coordinators.
- Facilitate **formative and summative assessments**.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and promote values such as empathy, discipline, and responsibility.
- Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, and teacher training programs.
- 1-2 years of teaching experience, ideally in IGCSE or similar international curriculum.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage young learners creatively.
- Tech-savvy and able to use digital tools for blended learning and assessments.
