**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.**:

- **Diligently follow up on all sales inquiries, quotations, and leads to drive conversion into orders.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in a comprehensive reporting system (e.g., Excel-based MIS).**:

- **Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.**:

- **Assist in preparing sales reports, analysing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.**:

- **Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.**:

- **Provide technical clarifications and support to customers regarding industrial air and gas and ACR compressors, spares, and services.**:

- **Explore new connections and leads to expand the company's reach.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., service, accounts, dispatch) to ensure seamless customer experience.**:

- **Handle quotation preparation and follow-up activities.**:

- **Ensure timely updates on sales progress and provide actionable insights in daily reports.**:

- **Actively contribute to strategies aimed at doubling company sales and expanding market share.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.**:

- **Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within an industrial or technical domain.**:

- **Strong understanding of industrial equipment, particularly air and gas compressors, would be a significant advantage.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Dynamic and results-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to sales growth and help double company sales.**:

- **Familiarity with sales pipeline management and conversion metrics.**

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
