Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- To support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities
- To Coordinate with the team regarding PO and ensuring accuracy.
- To Enter order information into the company database.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- To Prepare Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices & send them to customers accordingly.
- Checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- To keep updated on delivery schedules, prepare dispatch schedules & process accordingly.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- To keep track of pending orders.
- To Coordinate with Transporters & customers in case of any issue in Transit
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
- Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- To check & maintain the documents of the respected department for internal reference & ISO.
- Focus to accomplish the company's values, vision & mission.
- Perform all other duties assigned by HOD
Required Skill Set:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Good time-management skills
**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
