**Job Title**: System Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**System & Server Administration**
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage server patching, updates, and backups.

**User and Access Management**
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory.
- Handle access issues, password resets, and role-based controls.

**Support & Troubleshooting**
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle escalations from L1 support; perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain and respond to IT helpdesk tickets with timely resolution.

**Infrastructure & Tools**
- Manage and support virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Support cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
- Monitor security logs and ensure compliance with IT policies.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in defining SOPs and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
- Experience with scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Modern Desktop Administrator
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- VMware or AWS certification (optional but preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
