- **End-to-end Production**: Manage all stages of podcast production, from concept development and pre-production to recording, editing, and distribution.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with clients to develop compelling show formats, episode topics, and guest lists.
- **Technical Management**: Oversee all technical aspects, including setting up and managing recording equipment, ensuring high-quality audio, and troubleshooting any issues.
- **Audio Editing**: Edit raw audio, including removing filler words, smoothing transitions, and mixing in music and sound effects to create a polished final product.
- **Post-Production**: Write compelling show notes, create episode titles, and manage the upload and distribution of episodes to all major podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, etc.).
- **Promotion**: Work with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for new episodes and shows.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for podcast clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring their vision is brought to life.

**Qualifications**:
