**Role Summary**

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast & Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll edit and produce high-quality audio and video content, focusing on storytelling that resonates with our audience and showcases our technology. This is a full-time position based in Pune.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce engaging podcasts and video content that aligns with scanO’s brand and mission
- Work closely with content creators and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through audio and video storytelling
- Handle audio mixing, sound design, color grading, and visual editing to ensure professional-quality output
- Optimize content for various platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcasts, ensuring it meets each platform’s specifications and best practices
- Manage the production pipeline, including organizing and cataloging raw footage, maintaining deadlines, and ensuring efficient workflow
- Continuously improve content quality by incorporating feedback and staying up-to-date with industry trends and editing software

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Podcast & Video Editor or similar role
- Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of audio mixing, sound design, and visual editing techniques
- Excellent storytelling skills, with an eye for pacing, emotion, and narrative flow
- Familiarity with optimizing content for social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
