Sales Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales and Marketing Executive to help grow our business revenue. The role involves a combination of B2C field sales, social media management, and digital marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively engage in on-field sales activities to identify and acquire new customers.
- Conduct door-to-door sales, attend trade shows, and participate in local events to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving queries effectively.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and increase audience engagement on social platforms.
- Run targeted online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned social media content.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand consumer preferences.
- Meet monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful transactions.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in B2C field sales and/or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel locally and work on-field as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
