**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design collections, aligning with the brand’s vision.
- Create vision boards incorporating fashion forecasts, colours, and trends for upcoming collections.
- Oversee the sampling process from concept to final product, ensuring top-quality results.
- Develop tech packs with detailed specifications.
- Maintain accurate design documentation, such as production notes and tech packs.
- Assist in photoshoots and create lookbooks/catalogues.
- Develop styling concepts and conduct market trend analysis.
- Archive and present collections effectively.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute.
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, styling, and fashion illustration.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and MS Excel.
- Excellent creativity and artistic ability, with a strong understanding of têxtiles, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with artisans and production teams.
- A genuine passion for sustainable and handcrafted fashion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
