**Business Journalist (2-3 years of experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and gather information to write news stories and feature articles on HR-related topics.
- Attend press conferences, industry events, and interviews with HR leaders to gather information and quotes for stories.
- Analyse HR data and trends to produce in-depth reports on the state of the HR industry.
- Write and edit content for the website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sources in the HR community.
- Collaborate with editors, graphic designers, and other members of the team to produce high-quality content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, business, HR or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business journalism, preferably with a focus on HR and related topics.
- Excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with digital content management systems and social media platforms.
