Experience
- 1-2 years experience into International retentions or sales or collections process (US collections/sales experience preferred)

**Salary**

CTC: 35K (31920 in hand) + 1k Internet allowance + Incentives

Shift timings
- Fixed night shift and fixed Weekends off

5 days working, any one sat in a month will be half day working

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to handle diverse customer interactions

Experience in US collections or related roles (US 1st Party collections or 3rd party collections).

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
