- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
- create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within set limits.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and track project costs during construction.
- Assist in cost analysis and suggest cost-saving measures.
- **Tendering and Procurement**:

- preparation of tender documents.
- evaluating contractor bids and selecting suppliers or subcontractors.
- **Contract Administration**:

- managing contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- reviewing contractual terms and ensuring compliance.
- **Measurement and Valuation**:

- prepare valuations of completed work for payment processing.
- **Site Visits and Inspections**:

- If need Attend site meetings and conduct site visits to monitor progress and costs.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to contract specifications and standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of contracts, correspondence, and financial reports.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery surveyors in project decision-making.
- **Education**_**: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil,
- **Salary Pay**_: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month + BONUS
