**Responsibilities**:

- Researching industry best practices
- Preparing well structured templates for training and development which includes requirement gathering templates, evaluation templates, feedback templates and dashboard templates
- Drafting communication templates for each stage of training lifecycle
- Drafting other marketing material for promoting and inculcating learning culture in the organization
- Working on developing an interactive monthly training calendar
- Develop training policies, SOPs and handbooks
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to get review and necessary approvals
- Work on the current LMS and other learning avenues to identify gaps and address the same

Qualifications and skills:

- MBA degree, 5-7 years of experience content creation
- Strong written communication skills
- Deep understanding of the L&D process and cycle
- Effective stakeholder management
- Proficient with MS Excel and power point
- Proficient with all the content creation tools
- Proactive, to be able to follow up and adhere to SLAs
- Presentation skills
- Team player
- Open and collaborative working style
