**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

2. Ensure that the Scrum process is followed by the development team and stakeholders.

3. Remove impediments or blockers that are affecting the team's progress.

4. Coach the development team and product owner on Agile principles and practices.

5. Help the team understand and embrace the principles of the Agile Manifesto.

6. Foster a culture of self-organization and accountability within the team.

7. Provide support to the development team in achieving their Sprint goals.

8. Encourage collaboration, transparency, and a strong sense of ownership among team members.

9. Shield the team from external interference and distractions to ensure focus on the Sprint.

10. Identify areas for improvement and facilitate discussions on how to implement positive changes.

11. Measure and track team velocity and other relevant metrics to monitor progress.

12. Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
- Knowledge of software development processes and practices.
- Continuous improvement and organizational change management skills.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
