**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage international buyers and investors interested in U.S. real estate opportunities.
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle—from prospecting and property selection to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international clients via networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and travel (if required).
- Provide expert knowledge on U.S. real estate laws, financing options for foreign buyers, immigration-related investment (EB-5, etc.), and local market trends.
- Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and mortgage brokers to facilitate cross-border transactions.
- Prepare and present property listings, investment packages, and market analyses tailored to client needs.
- Stay current with industry trends, real estate laws, tax implications for foreign nationals, and visa-related investment programs.
- Represent the company at international property expos, webinars, trade shows, and client meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Valid U.S. real estate license (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Fresher or 2+ years experience in residential or commercial real estate sales (international experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong understanding of international sales protocols, cross-border financing, and cultural sensitivities.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet monthly sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
