Our soon-to-be launched childcare facility is looking for a full time (8:30am - 6:30pm) **Early Years Educator** who can help to create a fun environment and incorporate educational programs that assist in our children’s development.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Educator will be responsible for:

- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet child’s various needs and interests
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of programs
- Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
- Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, recess and rest time for students.
- Maintain documents outlined by the organisation in a timely manner.
- Participate in all in-house training sessions organized for the betterment of skills and attitude.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Early Childhood Education training will be an added advantage.
- Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
- Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback.
- Warm, welcoming personality, with excellent communication skills.
- At least 1 year previous working experience as a kindergarten teacher.
- Freshers who possess a nurturing attitude towards children and are open minded to take up challenges in a fast paced environment, can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
