CONECC Concrete Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of AAC blocks, committed to providing innovative and sustainable construction solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Accounts team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial data.

**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining financial data in Excel and other accounting software. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel to support our Accounts department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input financial transactions into Excel and accounting software.
- Maintain and update accounting records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements using Excel.
- Organize and file financial documents and records.
- Communicate with other departments to obtain and clarify financial information.
- Perform routine data audits and reconciliation.
- Support the Accounts team with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator, preferably in an accounting setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Skills**:

- Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
