**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities** **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**
- Immediately stop work and report any major injury hazards.
- Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
- Comply with all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote a culture of interdependence by looking out for team members.
- Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
- Minimize environmental impact through responsible work practices.
- Participate in all required HSE training.

**Quality**
- Follow all standard work procedures and quality documentation.
- Identify and raise quality issues to minimize cost and exposure.
- Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming materials.

**Delivery**
- Operate equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer expectations.
- Meet production goals and maintain required cycle times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine maintenance.
- Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Support peers and maintenance teams in identifying equipment needing repair.

**Teamwork & Continuous Improvement**
- Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.
- Complete required training and personal development.
- Actively participate in initiatives to improve safety, quality, processes, and material flow.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

**Skills and Competencies**

**Technical Skills**
- Robotic systems operation and troubleshooting (preferred).
- Machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Quality inspection and non-conformance handling.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior welding experience is preferred.
- Robotic systems knowledge is a strong advantage.
